Shipping & Returns
All orders placed online are typically processed within 3 business days directly from the Haven Living in Nanaimo, on Vancouver Island, Canada. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email validating the reception of your order by our team.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Business days are defined as “Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm” and do not include holidays and weekends.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the appropriate tracking information to follow your parcel. Please note that we do not ship on holidays and weekend.
All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post while all USA and International orders are shipped with DHL.
During the times we experience a high volume of orders or extreme weather conditions, shipments may be delayed. Thank you for your cooperation with these matters out of our control.
Haven Living is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim with them directly.

Our ingredients and formulations are carefully chosen and designed to ensure positive results on the skin. We are easily reachable via email to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you have any allergies, please be sure to view the full ingredient list prior to placing an order.
Refunds are issued in the unlikely event you experienced a negative and unknown response to the product within 30 days of purchase. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less a $10 re-stocking fee, plus taxes, if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 30 business days for your bank to complete.

DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS
If an item from your order is defective or missing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after receiving your order to advise us of the issue. We are unable to assist with items that are defective and/or missing items outside the 30-day return/exchange policy time frame.
Any Haven Living products purchased from one of the authorized stockists must be handled and discussed with them directly.
